If for any reason Skinworks needs to cancel your appointment within 24 hours you will receive 50% off the same service. Skinworks understands there will be illnesses & emergencies, if you have an emergency please call to reschedule at your earliest convenience.

product return policy

Skinworks will return a clients product that is purchased at regular retail price, the product must be unopened and sealed and returned within 10 calendar days.

In the rare occasion that a client is not satisfied with their product for any other reason after using the product, Skinworks will replace the value of the product with a gift card for spa services. This must be done 15 calendar days within the purchase date.

medical professional services

Due to limited timeframe and to the respect of our other clients as well as our Medical Professionals schedule, all services that require a medical professional will require a 48 hour notice to reschedule and subject to a $100 cancellation fee if cancelled within that same timeframe.
