Please arrive early (10 – 15 minutes) to allow enough time to fill out any paper work or you may fill them out online before arrival.

If you are more than 15 minutes late we ask that you reschedule. This is to guarantee you receive the best possible service from your student therapist.

Please leave all jewelry & valuables at home. We cannot be responsible for damaged, lost, or misplaced articles.

We welcome children 8 and older for all spa services. Children cannot be left unattended in our lobby.

Service dogs welcome, please leave other animals at home.

Treatment times are estimates, please be mindful that students are in training.

No cell phones in the spa, please turn your volume off your phone before checking in.

To maintain the spa atmosphere for all clients relaxation please use a quiet tone.

Skinworks is wheelchair accessible for most treatments. If you need assistance, please notify the staff when scheduling your appointment.
